I have a table of conversation summaries.

Each summary recrod has a single select Category column and various columns of Interest.

I would like to print a report by category, such that each Category name is printed once and there would be a sequence of records, each with it’s important fields.

I am using page designer at the moment, and it almost works. Here are two pages from the reports Category

I can live with the category name being repeated for each record.

What I can’t live with is each record taking an entire page when most records are only a few lines long.

Any way I get it to put as many records as will fit onto each page?
