Comparing form submissions to master list of names

I send out company surveys via airtable forms, and want a way to track completion amongst everyone at the company. For example, one of the fields on the form will be “Name”. I will have another table with everyone’s name listed out, and I would like to create a Checkbox field called “Completed?” that will automatically get checked when a form submission with that name is completed.
