Hello!

First time poster. Weird question.

I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas as to how one could take a database of names and have it correlate to an image with coloured boxes. An example would be to have a table with a locator rows and a column of names. If there’s nothing written in a name column, its corresponding location on an image or map is green (for available). Once a name is written in, the box/circle on the image changes to red, meaning unavailable.
