I want to use an Airtable form for a program sign in. I have previously collected emails, etc, for most attendees. It would be great if they enter their name and then the address I have pops up with a “Is this correct” question. I tried just doing a simple form where it asks their name, but it shows nothing more. I would like to not make people re-enter info. Thanks.

This is not possible with Airtable’s native forms.

You would need to use JotForm for this, which has email confirmations and native integration with Airtable:
