I have a question regarding connecting record to email thread.


What I want to achieve is to know if I received new email from the client.



Do you have any ideas on how to achieve this?

You can use a rule in Outlook (are you using Outlook?) to put specific emails in a given subfolder and then use that as a trigger in Airtable.

Not on Outlook, I have gmail. Maybe I can use labels instead of subfolders?
