Create option for moving money from one account to another

Cheers all!
Making a finance planning system for my self, and I have 3 option for operation type. Income, Expense and Transfer.
For transfer option I would like to make somehow script/formula that will operate like this

1. Choose transfer, than Form view gave my options
2. Amount
3. From which account
4. To which account
