CSV Import records recognation

Steps I’ve done:

  1. Download CSV from airtable (with field “Name”)
  2. Add some columns (“Name” field doesn’t changed)
  3. Trying to import CSV back to the airtable
  4. Some records are recognized (by “Name” field) and merged with existing records
  5. Most records don’t recognized and so airtable create New records

Why does it happen? Why airtable create new records instead of merge with existing records?
