CSV import success - but fields not visible

I duplicated a table. All of my field headers are aligned. I am using the CSV app to import 89 new records in the duplicated table. It processes and says ‘success’, but the fields are not populating. No filters, no grouping, etc are on. I’m so stumped! Anyone have ideas what is going?
