Hello! We use AirTable for our school roster. Usually, we use dedupe to merge multiple (usually 8-10) classes that each student is in, so that everything stays in just one record. Today I’ve encountered an error where AirTable thinks that two separate students need to be merged instead of each student with their classes. There are 2 records to be merged but AirTable is only showing “one record to be merged”. I am not sure why AirTable thinks these two students are the same record and cannot see that they both have at least 8 records each.
I have encountered this before and have just refreshed the page. However, this does not seem to work. I do not see any error messages.

Ensure that you included correct view, where Class field visible.
When your view hide some info by hiding fields or filtering records, Extension will not take unseen info into attention. Usually best practices is to leave Grid view clean of grouping/filtering etc, and create other view for these purposes.
