Story:

I create 2 forms (F1 & F2) to receive feedback from 2 products (they are linked to our products with the buttons of “report a problem”). Each form has different fields.

So when user posts issue from F1, there is a record in airtable with Source = F1 for example.

I can know where the issue from. Also it is integrate with zapier to send email with different format for each source.

Issue:

I can’t set Source = F1 for form 1 and Source = F2 for form 2 by default?

Dev team can help to set default value for it but it is should be visible in the form.

The expected result:

• can be able to set default value for each field defined in a form view


• can be able to add a field in a form and make it hidden to user

Is it possible? or you have any suggestion, please tell me.
