Hello Airtable Community,

Is it possible for an admin to delete a base in which they are not a collaborator?

Thank you,

Liz

Hey @lizg

I'm going to assume you belong to an enterprise account already.
Make sure you're logged in using your federated account and head to the admin management panel.

Once you're there, pop over to the Workspaces section and locate the Workspace that currently contains the base you're looking to delete.
Once you've found it, click into the Collaborator details for the Workspace.

Select the Add Collaborators prompt and then add yourself (or any other desired user in your enterprise account) to the Workspace. You'll be able to see the changes reflected almost instantly.
You'll want to be sure to give yourself Creator or Owner permissions to the Workspace in order to allow yourself to delete bases inside of the Workspace.

From there, you'll be able to delete and manage bases inside of the Workspace.
Once you're done, you can just easily remove yourself from the Workspace or delete it altogether.
