How do you delete unused fields in forms so that they don’t show on the left-hand column? (See screen shot)

Since those fields are already functionally hidden from the form view, there’s actually nothing you can do to remove those fields without deleting them outright.
Out of curiosity, may I ask why you have a single line text field for each Condo Unit in your table?
