When you click on an attachment to view it, there will be a delete icon in the lower right corner.

I’m missing that icon. I’ve only got the Download icon. Actually, looking in devtools, there should be three icons (Download, Rename, Remove), but the two missing containers are styled with display: none. Removing the style code makes them reappear, but when I click either I get a JS error in the console in rollbar.nojson.min.js.

Are you viewing it in the original tab/table it was added? If you are viewing the attachment from a lookup field in a connected table, you won’t have the trash or edit icons. It’s not intuitive I know.
