Delimiter in csv export for linked fields?

I have a linked field for keyword that accepts multiple values. I’d like to download the view as a CSV, and use OpenRefine or another tool to split this mutli-valued field into its own cells. However, because the delimiter upon export is a comma, and some of my keywords contain commas, I’m having a hard time splitting them. How can I change the delimiter for multi-valued fields to something other than a comma (like a pipe | ?)
