I’ve just started diving into Airtable and have successfully setup our Jira Cloud instance and synced the data into a base. This seems relatively useful, however not being able to update fields and sync them back is quite a big drawback.

Are there any workarounds to this? Is this feature anywhere on Airtable’s roadmap?

Welcome to the community, @Scott_Richmond!

Airtable does not provide native two-way syncing for any of its features (not even for its own internal table syncing).

You could always custom-create your own two-way syncing using an advanced automation & integration tool like Make.com:

Note that building your own custom sync solution could take many hours of your time. Although I am not a Jira expert, I am both an Airtable expert and a Make.com expert.

+1 a NATIVE 2-way sync with Airtable would be awesome!
