Does "Show View Controls" on an embedded base impact other viewers?

If I embed a view on a website and leave the "Show view controls" enabled, then a visitor adjusts a filter or sort criteria in their browser, does that impact other viewers? Or are the view controls unique to that visitor for that browser session?

Essentially, I want to know if one person changing a setting impacts the base itself, or just that visitor's experience.

Unlike the view settings within a view in Airtable, changes to view settings in an embedded share only affect that particular instance. No one else is affected.

Thank you. That’s what my testing showed but I wanted to double check with someone else. Much appreciated.
