I have a billing issue and cannot seem to find any assistance. I paid for a year subscription and was billed a month later for almost the same amount. No one has contacted me when I filled out the form needing assistance and the chatbox is a joke. I have to answer to my organization for the cost spent and I cannot get a resolution to my issue. I need someone to contact me right away. I should not have been charged twice as the account was just paid for for an entire year. HELP!
