Im trying to drag an attachment from an email directly into a record (tried both a pdf and a jpg) but when I do I get an error that says “Oops, we cant upload entire folders - please select individual files to upload”. Im not trying to drag a folder into the upload screen - and it even says “Drag Files Here”! Any help as I dont want to have to save the attachment and then upload it - those are extra steps Im trying to save!
