is there a possibility to not import dublicate Data while Excel Import?

You can only do this with CSV files.

The CSV import extension lets you merge existing records, but this must be run manually.

Even better, for a fully-automated way of doing this, you can use Make’s CSV modules. I give step-by-step instructions on how to do this in this episode of the BuiltOnAir podcast:
