Working with a healthcare related database where items are used across several departments. I need to identify where the price charged is different from other departments. Ideally, I would be able to have a check box or notate them in some where where I could then filter/group.

Example:

Item Department Price

123 ER $50

123 Clinic $50

123 Radiology $100

How could I flag Item numbers there is at least 1 with a different price?
