Hi Community,
I would like to know if a status change in a chart can trigger an email automation flow in another program like Klaviyo? Basically, if we generate leads from a fair and add them to our airtable and move their status to “email recipient”, can a specific email flow “fair visitors” be started?

I am new to Airtable and was unable to solve my question via YT-videos, so I´m hoping that you guys can help me out.

Yes, this is possible.

Do you know how to write programming code? If so, you can do this by writing your own custom JavaScript code or by using an API tool like datafetcher.com.

Otherwise, for a no-code way of doing this, you would want to turn to an external automation tool like Make.com:

Triggering campaigns in Klaviyo based on data changes in Airtable is indeed possible, using 3rd party data integration tools. If the volume of data is relatively small, then Zapier and Make are safe options. With larger volumes of leads, you may hit plan usage limits and syncing may end up costing quite a bit.
