A general question to the Airtable community, what is expected when email notification are switched on and a mention is done in the comment section on a record. So far I have been unable to make this work between collaborators - and not sure what I am doing wrong. I don’t see anyone else with this issue so believe it must be me. Is the email instantaneous - or with delay? Many thanks.
E-mail notifications not working?

+3IT happens, Just close your browser and reopen it again.
Seems this happens in different browsers, just basically I am not able to configure email notifications when someone is being mentioned. Must be a simple issue - not sure if someone has also bumped in this before?
