I have created a base for a gymnastics club to enter competition scores.
I would like to be able to create a form where the "name" field would be a drop-down list that would allow the judges to update the gymnasts' scores. Without changing the names, the category or the club. Just the scores by apparatus but I am blocked.

You could then create lookup fields in the 'People' table to display the scores if you'd like?
