Email for Forms

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hi All,

somehow one of my forms, accessed through a QR is asking for an email address to access it.

all the other ones aren't, but this is.

It has been working ok for at least a year.

has someone changed the settings, if so how do I fix? thanks

@Tom007 The answer is in your first attachment.  form.JPG

Click on the top slider to turn off the feature that allows you to "See who submitted a response to the form"

It will prevent you then from doing the second feature which is "Allow people to request a copy of their responses" but you could always program an automation to send an email with certain information once the form is submitted.

Using our miniExtensions form and portal you can avoid having everybody sign up for Airtable accounts. In theory, anybody with the link can use these extensions, and you have full control over who exactly has access!
