Email invites not being received

Hi

I tried inviting two users to Airtable and then adding them to workspaces. They have not received any emails. How can I get them into the workspaces if emails aren’t going through?

Hi @Jennifer_Palley,

Welcome to Airtable Community !

The problem might be that you haven’t confirmed your email ID yet.

If that is not the case, go to your account and check if their names are there or not.

My account is confirmed/verified, but they cannot verify their accounts because they aren’t receiving emails from Airtable. Nor can they join the workspaces I invited them to because they aren’t receiving emails from Airtable.

I tried testing inviting a third person (just as a test). They didn’t get any email invites either.

What I did is copy my Referral Code and sent it by email. Maybe that will work.
