Does Airtable work like some similar services, wherein a collaborator could reply to a record thread by using his email, rather than by going to Airtable and opening up the record card?

Yes, reply via email is a must for us to use this tool in a more collaborative way.


This is a MUST for creating a collaborative flow with customers or incident reporting. This is something Zendesk and ZOHO do out of the box. This is about the ONLY thing I feel is critically missing in Airtable…PLEASE finish it off!


Should this be in “Product Suggestions”? Has anyone found a similar conversation there, so Airtable sees it as such?
