I’m using Airtable to build an Employee Training Dashboard. Thus far we have set up an Employee Table and Training table. How do I share the assigned training only to each individual employee?

Unfortunately, there’s no way to dynamically create views in Airtable. You would need to create a separate view and share link for each individual employee - which, depending on how many employees you have, might be impractical. Alternatively, you could consider a third-party solution.
Airportal is an upcoming app (currently in beta) that will allow you to create a customer portal out of your Airtable. It’s really aimed for sharing with external users, but I don’t see why you couldn’t use it for an internal employee dashboard. You could set the permissions so that each employee can see only the records pertaining to them.
