Enrich Record with URL Record

Hello how are you?

I work with lead capture and a lead has 2 types of registrations.

1. Simple registration with name, email and phone;
2. Complete registration with simple and other information such as age, sex, profession and etc;

By default, the capture is only with simple information, but I would like to create an automation with the Record URL for the lead to complete the registration.

I saw some prefill form solutions, but when testing, I saw that a new record is created, I would just like to ‘complete’ the lead’s unique record.
