Hi Everyone,

I am trying to add photos to Airtable from our website and I am getting error 403.  I can view the photo in a web browser fine but when I paste the URL into the Airtable photo field I get the error.  I reached out to our web host (Siteground) and they said they have added some sort of bot blockers to all their websites.   They asked me to please check with Airtable and see if they can provide the IP address or addresses from which requests are executed.  If they can't provide a specific IP, please ask them to provide their 'user-agent' information. 

Does anyone know the IP Addresses or what this user-agent information is so I can get this working?

Airtable does not publish a list of IP Addresses that you can whitelist, quite possibly because their IP Addresses are continually changing.

Your 2 solutions for this would be:

1. Move your photos to a URL that is publicly accessible by using a cloud drive provider like Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Cloudinary, etc. There are many other providers as well.

2. Otherwise, if you'd like to keep your photos with your web hosting provider behind their firewall, you would need to use Make to move your photos from your web hosting provider's site to Airtable, because Make publishes their list of IP Addresses that you can whitelist.
