You fellas at Airtable seem to have a good support system. Are you using Airtable to help manage this?
I run IT for a small business and am looking for ways to integrate support/ticketing with Airtable. Any suggestions?

How would that question be answered in 2024? I currently use a ticketing system to handle emails and chats from customers. Can I build this in Airtable? Even if only emails, it'd be a fun project to run with. I look forward to hearing from you.
