looking for solution to export certain records based on certain condition to csv file to be emailed that is automted.

We created a tool that exports your Airtable view as csv file with a static URL. This file can be scheduled to be updated regularly, yet its URL will stay the same. So even if you have some sort of automated email setup, the included csv data will always be up-to-date.
