Hi,


I would like to know if there is a better way that the system automatically remembers the field mapping of the CSV files we import.


What happens is that multiple users used the same table in importing a CSV file so whenever this person resets or changes the field mapping, the next person who uses it next would manually turn on and off the field mappings depending on the file being used because the field mapping of the last user is what appears in the system.


It is taking much of our time to turn it on and off.

You can install multiple CSV extensions and rename them so you can remember which is which. Each one will remember its previous settings.


(If you have even more advanced CSV importing needs than what Airtable allows, you could also turn to an automation tool like Make.com which offers CSV parsing but offers additional logic after parsing the CSV file.)
