Hi, When trying to filter conditions in my grid view I select WHERE (Facility). Then I need to select an OPTION (which facility). The problem is that not all options are coming up (facilities)
This problem exists only in the shared view link.

It sounds like the shared view is filtered to only the options you have available. You would need to adjust the filter in the base view to add more options.

The problem is that the option IS in the base view.

Yes the option is in the base, but the shared view that you are accessing filters them out, so only a subset of options are available to the shared view users.

By, select an option, not all options are coming up. There are 19 options and two are missing.
Although in the base view all options are there.
