Hi!
I’m setting up a form. One question of the form is a drop down showing options from another table (linked table). When I look at the drop down options from the form view, I see the multiple look up fields.

However, when I look at the drop down on the live form, I only see the first column of the looked up record.

How can I display more fields so this selector matches the one I see in the form view?
