Is it possible to place some info text block inside form which has no interactivity or in any way influences data sent to the table?

    There is a text area where you can enter a description of the form, as well as a description area for each field on the form; if you can repurpose those to meet your needs, you’re in luck. (I’m not sure what the character limit is, but on one form of mine, I have an individual field description containing three paragraphs, so it seems to be generous.)
