Hi all,
I created a form for our clients to submit information and toggled the "allow people to request a copy of their responses" and I got an email the next day saying this option disappeared for them on the form.
So I pulled up the form in my table and the option is now "unclickable" even though I haven't changed plans or made any permissions changes since creating the form.
Any ideas why it won't let me toggle this on so they can receive a copy of their responses?
