I’d recommend looking into how you can use formulas to accomplish this. Although this isn’t a feature that’s specifically native to Airtable (and those submitting forms won’t be able to see their results right away), you could use IF() statements on select fields to determine whether someone inputted the correct answer. Resources on writing IF() statements can be found in our help center at airtable.com/support.

Hi Audrey. Has Airtable added native quiz functions yet? Not sure how to access them and building a quiz with conditionals seems like it will take a lot of work / tinkering with formulas.
