Hi. I thought i would see if I could execute a simple class booking system where the Airtable booking form was linked to an art class session. It doesn’t look like I can allow people to book only clases in the future etc. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.


Update: Playing around with form prefilling and this seems to have potential…

I was going to delete this, but I thought the solution would be good for future searchers.



  • create a booking form

  • use the form share url in a formula that creates a prefill url for the class or session

  • if the session is full you could filter out the event from the calendar embed in the first place or change the url formula to display “Class is full”.

and this isn’t needed now there are filtered views. yew!
