Hey
Would you mind sharing with us some context on your base setup?
I believe you might have synced tables.
I think you are trying to create records on a table which receives data from a synced table (source to target), and has a two way sync to create records from the target to the source. This form seems to be for creating the latter.
I never stumbled with this issue myself, but I guess that the record being created on the target table via form should match the filters applied on the source synced view.
Does that make sense?
Otherwise, feel free to grab a slot using this link and we can get it solved in 5 mins on the spot probably! I’d be happy to help.

Hey Mike,
I guess I should also mention, that nothing that I know has changed, and the form WAS working. It’s always been using synced tables, so I’m not sure what broke causing this.
Might it be the case that the filter applied on the source view did change without you being aware of it?
This might happen if multiple team members have access to the database, and they are not aware of how the full setup is connected through syncs (even if they do get a warning before changing the filter).
If possible, please do check such filter and let me know!

It’s worse, there was a field, that was a linked field in the source, that was deleted in the target/destination table. Ugh.
I’m attempting at getting it readded via the sync, this is a new one.
Oh interesting
Do keep me posted, and make sure to reach out as needed. I’ll keep an eye out on this one.

So the find? As suspected a field filter that was changed NOT on the Target table, but the source in another base. It had been unlocked and changed, filtering out emails of a specific alias. BAM! Took off that filter, and it worked like it was before.
All good now. That’s the issue with a complex set of bases that interact with each other, so easy to break things. Too many chefs in the kitchen, so locking down is very important!
