I have information in one table view that requires others to submit a form with documentation. I am trying to figure out how I can get the submission to populate to their record without sharing information on the form not relevant to them? Can this be done without using zapier? I do have a placeholder number each record is assigned. If I can use this as a ‘trigger’ to populate somehow.

+21Sorry that your question has gone unanswered for so long, Holli. :frowning: Unfortunately Airtable forms will only add new records. To update an existing record will require help from Zapier (or something similar like Integromat).
