I use airtable forms to capture customer data, I have the form embedded on my website, but it suddenly stopped working. I get this error whenever I try to use the form. Any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

A few possible things... Did you "Disable shared view link" or "Generate a new link"
If only creators and up can create a new record have you hit your limit on records? It's also possible you have a admin permission set up so a field that is in your form can only be edited by "Creators and up". This can be adjusted in the "tools" section of your base.
