On my view, it shows the form on the left hand side, and I can see that Jenn created it.

Welcome to the forums!
I think she might just need to scroll down her view list on her side.
You could also ask her to close the Create… section to expand the view list.
If that is to no avail, you could ask her to use the view search found at the top of the view list where it says Find a view.
If none of those work, definitely report back with any strange findings.
