Format date in Rollup field

Using the ARRAYJOIN option for a Rollup field. The result, as wanted, is a comma separated list of dates. These dates include time which I don’t need. Want yyyy-mm-dd formatting for the dates, which is the way they’re formatted in the original table. I tried changing the Rollup field to Date yyyy-mm-dd which formatted as I wished but only displayed the first date of the array.
Anyone know of a way to format dates in a Rollup array?

      Did you ever figure this out? It’s kinda driving me crazy right now. I can’t even figure out if there’s a way to split the array of dates, format each of them then rejoin…

      I was evaluating airtable at the time. Didn’t resolve this.
