Looking to add to an existing form where we can rate each proficiency without having to create a field for every proficiency like this. Typically, yes, there'd be a field for each proficiency with a single select, but does anyone know if there's a native Airtable way of doing the below?
miniExtensions isn't an option right now.

+9I tested using Airtable's "Rank" field type because I'm curious about how it appears in the forms. Screenshot below, would this do the trick for you?

+9Ah sorry, just read that y'all don't want to create a single field for each proficiency... I don't think this exists in Airtable.
