Looking to add to an existing form where we can rate each proficiency without having to create a field for every proficiency like this. Typically, yes, there'd be a field for each proficiency with a single select, but does anyone know if there's a native Airtable way of doing the below?
miniExtensions isn't an option right now.

I tested using Airtable's "Rank" field type because I'm curious about how it appears in the forms. Screenshot below, would this do the trick for you?

Ah sorry, just read that y'all don't want to create a single field for each proficiency... I don't think this exists in Airtable.
