Sorry, that heading is probably not very clear.

Here’s what i’m trying to do:

Set up a form (each Answer populates one field right?), but view answers in table line by line (not field by field)

Example:

You know, just in an easily readable format (the way you’d format if you were printing or exporting to PDF)

In essence each the answer in each field, would show up line by line, and you’d just (ideally) have 2 columns.

Column 1 Questions | Column 2 Answers

Any ideas?
