Welcome to the community, Juan! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: Unfortunately this can’t be done, at least not with Airtable’s native forms. Some third-party form tools can pull from Airtable’s formula fields, though. On2Air: Forms by @openside is one that I’m familiar with.
