I am trying to create a formula to figure out an individual’s age when they graduated from our program. I have their date of birth and the graduation year.

Is the graduation year just the year? If so:

{Graduation Year} - YEAR({Date of Birth})

If the graduation date is a full year you can be more precise with

DATETIME_DIFF({Graduation Date}, {Date of Birth}, "years")
