Formula on comma separated cell

Hello,

I have two cells with numbers separated by commas, I’m trying to multiply them with another cell with numbers separated by commas.

Cell 1 - 10, 5
Cell 2 - 2, 4

I would like to
10 * 2
5 * 4
And then summarize them together.
