How are your time-stamp fields defined? Text? Date?
If the latter, in the first example — 11pm to 7.59am — are you checking for whether the tested value falls within a specific 9-hour block (say, from 11pm yesterday to 7.59am today) or just whether it is later than 11pm and earlier than 8am?
It’s Date, Include time field and Time Fomat Is 12 hour
I Simple Want to know if it is later than 11pm and earlier than 8am and back
