I have a warning that my file is over the limit of 1,000 records per base, but it only has 531 records.

The warning says it has 1145 records. There is no filter applied, it only has 531 records!

Nothing else is over the limit.

Do you have multiple tables in your base? (The record limit applies to the sum of all records in all tables in the base.)

As Scott noted, if you recently deleted records, it may take a while for your total record count to be recalculated.

Had overlooked this one as it is a database from the Universe and we only use the first table, so hadn't registered there were more tables 🙂

Thanks
